Shipping Options
All orders are shipped from the United States (U.S.). For domestic U.S. shipments, we offer services through USPS and UPS. For international deliveries, we provide options with USPS, UPS, and DHL, allowing you to select the carrier that best suits your needs during the order process.
International Shipping Details

We offer international shipping to over 150 countries worldwide, including regions in Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and Oceania. You can view the full list of countries we ship to during the checkout process.

Your address must be provided in English alphabet characters at checkout. Addresses in non-English alphabets may delay shipment while we contact you for translation, or could result in a failed delivery.

International orders are processed at customs, which may extend transit times. Processing times vary by country.

Certain countries may charge you additional customs/import fees/VAT to receive your package. These fees are variable by country and payable to your local carrier or government, not collected by The Present Writer (Present and Create LLC). By placing an order, you agree to pay these fees without reimbursement. Please monitor your email for notifications from our carriers (DHL, USPS, UPS) regarding any potential extra charges that may arise after your order is placed (View more details at Order Process). Failure to pay required fees within the designated period will result in the disposal of your order by the carrier, and no refund will be issued.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your chosen shipping method, package weight, and destination. You will see the shipping charges at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Orders require up to 1-2 business days for processing, and then the delivery estimates apply. We operate from Texas and Arizona, and our business days are Monday to Friday, CDT and MST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days.
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days.
- UPS Standard: 3-7 business days.
- UPS Ground: 1-5 business days.
- UPS Ground Saver: 2-7 business days.
International Shipping:
- DHL Express Worldwide: 2-6 days.
- USPS First Class Package International: Varies by destination.
- USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days.
- UPS Worldwide Saver: 1-3 business days.
- UPS Standard: 2-3 days.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Processing and shipping times may be subject to change during holidays, weather conditions, and global events. We will provide an estimated delivery date through your tracking number once available.
Track Your Order
Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. We encourage you to check your order status regularly for any updates.
Update/Change Delivery Address
If you have NOT received your tracking information and need to change your delivery address, we MAY be able to assist you to change your delivery address. Contact us immediately at support@thepresentwriter.com with "Change Address + [Order Number]" in the subject line, or send us a message via our website chat box below and provide the following details:
- Order number.
- Name used to place the order.
- New full address (Note: Address changes are only possible within the United States due to variations in shipping rates).
We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please understand that we cannot guarantee the address change. Changes are dependent on the timing and processing status of your order.
If your order has already been shipped and you have received tracking information, please contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire if an address update is possible.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order due to a mistake or a change of mind, please contact us immediately via our website chat box below or email support@thepresentwriter.com with "Cancel Order + [Order Number]" in the subject line.
We can only accommodate cancellation requests if the order has not yet been processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped (indicated by a sent tracking number), we cannot accept cancellations. At this stage, if you still wish not to keep the product, the following applies:

U.S. Customers: If your order has already been shipped, you must follow our Return Policy upon receipt of the product.

International Customers: Due to extensive complications with international processing and shipping, international orders cannot be returned or refunded if canceled post-shipment.
Lost Mail Disclaimer
While we do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for lost mail once the package has left our facility and is in the hands of the delivery service. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance to safeguard your order against loss or damage. Without insurance, if your package is lost due to a shipping error and you do not receive your order, please contact us at support@thepresentwriter.com. We will do our best to assist you, but please understand that refunds or replacements for lost mail not due to our error are not guaranteed.
Shipping Insurance
We do not automatically include shipping insurance with customers' orders. For added security, customers can opt for shipping insurance at an additional cost. This is especially recommended for orders over $100. This insurance covers the full value of your order, including shipping costs, in the event of loss or damage during transit. In cases where insurance is not purchased, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for orders lost or damaged in transit. The cost of shipping insurance will be your responsibility, providing peace of mind for your valuable purchases.
