Placing Your Order

1. Select Your Product:

Visit the Product Page, choose your desired quantity, and click "Add to Cart."

2. Review Your Cart:

Click "View My Cart" to make any final adjustments.

3. Checkout Process:

Proceed to "Check out", enter your contact email, and shipping details.

Select a shipping method, which includes estimated delivery times. Orders require 1-2 business days for processing; deliveries are made on business days only.

After selection, you will see the total amount of your order including the purchase price of the product, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes.

4. Payment:

Choose your payment method, fill in the required information, and choose "Pay Now" to confirm your purchase.

5. Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, a confirmation screen will appear with your order number.

6. Email Confirmation:

You will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order details and delivery information from support@thepresentwriter.com

Shipping Process

7. Shipping Notification:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from support@thepresentwriter.com indicating that your order is on the way with a tracking number.

8. Out for Delivery:

You will receive an email notification from support@thepresentwriter.com when your order is out for delivery.

9. Delivery Confirmation:

You will receive a final email from support@thepresentwriter.com when your order is delivered at your destination.

International Order Disclaimer

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs and import duties payable upon receipt, which are not included in the initial purchase price. These fees vary by country and are charged by your local authorities, not The Present Writer (Present and Create LLC). We cannot control or expedite items held by customs. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to pay these fees without seeking reimbursement. Please monitor your email for notifications from our carriers (DHL, USPS, UPS) regarding any potential extra charges that may arise after your order is placed.
